POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for managing and delivering high quality support services to a segment of corporate clients and their employees.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and mentoring Equity Compensation Associates, and maintaining high morale within the team.
* Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
* Ensuring Corporate Clients receive high quality services, following departmental procedures, meeting service level agreements, and adhering to appropriate rules, regulations, and securities laws.
* Driving continuous service and process improvements to improve competitive positioning, client satisfaction, productivity and work processes for associates. This requires strong leadership and negotiating skills to leverage resources across E*TRADE and improve interdepartmental processes and relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Description of duties, responsibilities, and essential functions
* Develop and continually improve departmental procedures for Client Services operations. Ensure procedures are clearly understood and followed by associates, and help ensure consistent and high quality service is provided to all corporate clients.
* Responsible for associate recruiting, career development and training, performance evaluations, compensation, employee motivation and counseling of teams.
* Provide strategic direction on operational issues, assist in the development of operating budgets, staffing, policy and program development, monitor daily work procedures and productivity, and assist in escalated problem resolution.
* Continuously evaluate client needs, identify industry trends and keep in regular contact with key clients to develop referenceable accounts. Maintain excellent relationships with clients and help cross sell services as appropriate.
* Manage client invoice and accounts receivable process to maintain within 45-day limit.
* Effectively manage growth from a service and operations perspective.
* Maintain strong understanding of equity compensation practices, procedures, securities regulatory requirements and other processes to effectively manage responsibilities and associated risk.
* Monitor and analyze key quality and operational metrics to ensure high service levels and identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum prior experience:
* Minimum 7 years relevant management experience
* Sound understanding of equity compensation and brokerage industry
* Prior experience in a business to business environment
* Series 7 or obtain within 3 months of hire
* Series 24 or obtain within 6 months of hire
* Level II of CEP or obtain within 12 months of hire

PREFERRED DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:
In addition to the Minimum requirements listed above, it is preferable to have the following:
* FINRA 7, 24 and 63 registration
* CEP Designation
