Job Summary:


The Business Analyst 4 formulates, defines, and documents business processes and requirements needed to support the delivery of a new ARGO Service and Sales Desktop solution. The BA4 plays a key role in an established design approach consisting of defining scope, future processes, decomposition of business requirements, business rules, user interface, and design validation.


The BA4 manages the delivery of requirements with a team consisting of a Junior BA, Business Lead, Business Subject Matter Experts, Process Analysts, Vendor Analysts, and Technical Architect. This person will identify and prioritize activities in coordination with other BA4s within the program but will also guide his/her team independently and provide direction and/or assistance to less experienced business analysts. This expert business analyst will be presented with challenging situations while ensuring the final client solution is a quality product that meets business objectives and exceeds client expectations.

Framework Banking Experience in the Following Areas Retail Banking: Branch and call centers, Service and Sales Online Banking, Consumer, Small Business, Treasury Consumer Lending, Service and Sales Marketing - Customer Information Mortgage, Service and Sales Systems and Technology (helpful not required).


Installment Loans and Lines of Credit (ALS) Deposits (DDA) Host System Web Based Help Systems ARGO Contact Center 5.0 Education/Training


Required:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.


Required 8 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position.


Internal and External Key Relationships. This position works closely with assigned business units, IT development and support teams in order to discuss objectives and provide solutions, manage resource constraints, assist with technical design, etc. Maintains relationships with vendors, consultants or contractors, and professional organizations to maintain professional and technical knowledge of software and systems.
