Large Airline Company at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is looking to hire a work center planner for the Ground Support Equipment Line maintenance shop.


This job requires the performance of various clerical and administrative duties within the maintenance center. This includes answering and routing phone calls to the proper area,monitoring shop radio as well as data entry of compliance data into maintenance program, customer service duties dealing with internal and external customers, and creation, review, and processing of work orders (including labor and inspection documentation).


This person will be required to maintain, coordinate,and execute scheduling of preventive maintenance to ensure best utilization of manpower while maintaining compliance of ATL-GSE Line shop.This person is responsible for entering data, creating reports of data entered, and maintaining proper documentation of compliance items ground support equipment.


Schedule: Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon, is a ten hour shift from 6:00AM-4:00 PM



Requirements


GED or High School Diploma, good verbal communications skills. Strong WPM typing skills because of the large amount of data processing involved. Strong computer skills preferred. Knowledge of the technology programs required to operate on a daily basis includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Microsoft Outlook).Good customer service skills, the ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision, strong organizational skills and the ability work well with others is a must.


Candidates must be able to pass a FAA 10yr. Criminal Background check, Drug test, have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's license. Must be able to work in a maintenance shop environment.
