Our client is seeking a Program Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, project management experience, and be excited about working with a great company!


Major/Key Accountabilities:

Administrative Duties (20%)


Schedule meetings and record meeting minutes

Compile status reports

Knowledge management (repository)

Portfolio Analysis (50%)

Data collection

Data analysis

Technology and process research

Communication of BTTP Information (30% of total time)

Create PPT slides

Format presentations for consistency

Consolidate deliverables

Distribute communications and relevant information/data

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field


Strong problem-solving skills

High level of attention to detail; well-developed influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills

Flexibility

Strong organization/prioritization skills

Willingness to travel as needed

Ability to research and analyze various types of data/information

Experience with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Project

Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to communicate/present audience-level appropriate information;

Problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions; ability to negotiate and make recommendation
