Thomas Edision patented the phonograph in 1896. This beautiful 1908 disc phonograph is an estate heirloom in working condition. Its metal plaque bears the Thomas Edison name, model C250, serial number and 1908 date. The upright Chippendale mahogany cabinet has two drawers containing 29 original discs and 78 rpm records. Discs and records are included with the phonograph, as the phonograph is adaptable to both. The cabinet wood, lining and phonograph are all in wonderful condition. H 128 w 56 d 59 cm
