~ You are not required to be a student to move here ~ I'm moving out of my apartment and need someone to take over my lease from now until the end of JULY 2010. The apartment building is University Place at Underground (http://upatunderground.com) - you can look on this site for full details of amenities and pictures of the building and a model apartment similar to mine. $550 is currently the cheapest one person unit available in this building. Some amenities worth mentioning: - fully furnished - 15th floor (little noise from street) - minutes away from GSU campus - 408 square feet - right across from Five Points station - key card access to get in the building - laundry room downstairs - no roommate required in this unit -brand new carpet - lots of restaurants and shops in the area When it comes time to move in you will have to fill out an application through University Place. You do not have to meet me (a stranger) or do any business with me at all. If you have any questions, definitely email me! I'll answer any you have. If you decide not to contact me and do business straight through the building, tell them you are taking over the lease for unit 1506. There number is 404-588-2865. Tours are available if you decide to come by, you will see a model apartment 90 sq ft bigger than mine - all furniture is standard. Note: The carpet is going to be replaced right after I leave, this will take up to a week, if not less. Assume it will take you two weeks total to see the building, fill out applications and wait for the carpet to be replaced.
