To those of you looking to rent an apartment of The Estates at Crossroads in Duluth..
If you decide to continue our lease for our apartment (2nd floor/2 bed/2 bath),
You will save a guaranteed GRAND TOTAL of $1,000 !!!
1. When we had first moved into the place, we'd paid a Security Deposit Fee of $150.
In addition, we'd paid a Gate Remote Control Deposit Fee of $50.
That is a TOTAL of $200.00 in deposit.

=======>> After you've moved in with our contract,
you will RECEIVE $200 back at the end of the lease term --
No questions asked!

2. There is a Referral Reward of $600 for moving in.
It is usually a fee that is divided in half with the original tenants (that would be us),
but we will give you ALL of the $600!

=======>> 2 months after you've moved into our place, the $600 will automatically be credited to you -
In other words, $600 would be deducted from your rent then.


3. If you decide to move into our place with the permission of the leasing office,
we will personally GIVE YOU an extra $200 (for moving expenses, etc.)
