GE HEAVEY DUTY SUPER CAPICITY CLOTHES WASHER.
The washer works great and has with stood the test of time when washers were made to last 30 years, not like the new ones that last maybe 3 years.
Works but drain hose, has a leak and needs to be replaced.
The spot on the lid is just instruction sticker that we have not taken off
before the photo.
Made in 2003 1 year before they started making the smaller motor washers that burn out in 3 years. (Look in the free section of Craig’s for all the free junk washers that are giving away for scrap and you will see that most will say they are about 3 years old). Most of the older ones made before the year 2003 with the big heavy motors and parts that last 20 to 30 years are the ones that are being sold in the for sale section you are now reading.
Has been in storage for 6 years.
Mechanical settings, no electronics to fail from lighting strikes and voltage surges! Very dependable! All metal frame, no plastic to break like the new ones. Handles 6oz to 20 lbs loads.
8 trips to the Laundromat and its paid for, and you don’t have to sit around wasting time and enjoying the ambiance of the Laundromat, instead you can stay at home save time, gas and make meals or love or just get other things done. $75. Cash.
