Homeless population in 2009 here in Atlanta is Ridiculous and overwhelming. There's more crackheads and homeless people than black/brown business owners. Looking for someone that has a 300 dpi camera (or camcorder with still pics @ 300 dpi) who is interested in photographing the homeless, black drug addicts in Downtown Atlanta. Photographer will get a chance in exchange for work, to get his/her photos published in brand New FREE Distributed Hip Hop 'Creative Loafing' Publication!
