Swedish massage is a light to moderate pressure massage, which is very relaxing and stimulates circulation and lymphatic flow.

Deep tissue massage is designed to go further into the muscles, to work out pain and inflexibility.

Sports massage is specially designed to accommodate the needs of those who are highly active or athletic. A sports massage will vary depending on what sort of physical activities one engages in on a regular basis.

Neuromuscular therapy is to treat and reduce chronic pain and longstanding muscular imbalances. It is a highly effective modality which is useful for many chronic conditions.
