Growing diagnostics lab is seeking an experienced customer services professional to manage and support their service center. Candidate will be responsible for managing personnel workflows of the center, working with account managers to ensure their clients needs are met, and reporting issues to the diagnostics lab. Candidates should have experience working in customer services department for 3+ years with at least some prior management responsibilities. Experience in the life sciences, preferably diagnostics, is a major plus. This is a full time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
