The unit is aprox 6 years old. Has very low usage total of a 172,600 (See photo). Monthly Duty Volume is 120,000 Pages per month.The unit has a letter and a legal paper tray and will do copies as large as 11 X 17" This unit also does the following Collates, Automatic Document Feeder, Duplex Copier (2 sides), Power Saver Mode, Storage Cabinet included. This unit has served my office well. It is being sold because my business became a victim of the recession of 2009.It comes with extra toner and the owners guide. Toner is very reasonable @ $17 to $35
