Date Listed: May-16-08 We're downsizing and selling 2 antique mahogany chairs, $500 for the pair, o.b.o. These circa 1940 mahogany-veneer chairs are identical, except one is a rocker. The chairs have been recovered and the fabric is a maroon color in nearly perfect shape... they look brand new! The chairs have some unique features: hand carved wood at the top of the chairs and a hand carved lion's head on each arm (see pics for close up). As with many antique chairs of this period, these have wooden casters on the legs. As a bonus, these chairs are quite comfortable with a handmade lumbar pillow with tassels.
