We have a “large room” available in our home. It is in a nice neighborhood located in Marietta/East Cobb County, by 575 and Barrett Parkway. Easy freeway access. Convenient to all the stores, places to eat, and mall.
Our home is large, and is nicely decorated; In fact it was a “model” home. We keep a very neat and clean environment. It has three porches, and has very peaceful surroundings.
 
We are looking for a SF or SM professional clean neat person
with references and stable history. 


Rent of $575. - $625; is due on the 1st of each month. Deposit of $350. - $375. is required.  It includes: All Utilities, High speed DSL, use of Laundry, Kitchen, Cable & TV; Large room furnished or unfurnished w/large walk in closet.
Great price, and is a great living environment.

We have had roommates that have lived here as long as 4 years.
