Location of home has quick access to I85, Lawrenceville/Suwanee Rd & Satellite Blvd. Minutes from Mall of Georgia in Buford and Discover Mills Mall. Amenities include access to community pools, basketball courts, clubhouse as well as access to all common areas within the house and hot-tub spa. Roommate would have a semi-dedicated bath (doubles as guest restroom). The house has recent basement renovation which include a dedicated theater room (106" screen and projector) which is also available to roommie. Must be clean and like indoor/outdoor dogs (4 in home). Sorry, but we cannot accept additional pets into our home. Must see house to appreciate. One outside smoker. You should be responsible - which means, pay your bills on time!!!, NON or Outside-SMOKER, DRUG FREE & NO DRAMA, easy going, friendly, with no pets, good clean personal hygiene, and love to keep a clean house, but most of all easy to live with.
