This is a simply gorgeous home situated on the two largest lots in the Driftwoods Shores subdivision, in Gulf Shores off Fort Morgan Road across from the Martinique on the Gulf development. This is a 6 Bedroom (Sleeps 2-20) 4 Bath, brick monolith sits high and dry it’s built to take whatever Mother Nature might serve, so bring your own crab traps and fishing poles! It features nearly 3600 SF of living area and a large 3 car garage with adjacent boat/carport. 220' of waterfront on Bon Secour Bay with its own PRIVATE white sand beach, secluded on a double lot of nearly two acres across the street from Martinique on the Gulf and just up the road from The Beach Club, The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes resorts. A 5 minute walk across the street is the beach… though there are several semi-private and public beaches along Fort Morgan with our favorite being a half-mile to the west.
All furnishings are new (Summer 2007) and the home looks phenomenal! The master bedroom has a king bed with bedroom suite, 4 bedrooms have queen beds, bedroom (3) upstairs has two twin beds, and bedroom (6) downstairs has a full bed/twin bunk bed and a queen bed (one of the four). There are TVs with DVDs and/or VCRs in most rooms. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen has all necessary "equipment" to cook and feed a party of 16+. A baby crib, high chair are also on site. There is even a backyard pool approx. 18’ x 4’ (not available NOV-MAR).
There are currently sleeping accommodations for 16 adults, we will be changing the bedding configuration to accommodate larger parties (18+) this summer. We have many young children and have made this home a child-friendly home.
