You will need a strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, landscape masonry, grading, drainage and hardscapes. Responsibilities include: Gathering, calculating and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates. Utilize standard estimating computer software and Excel to present information to management and to prepare proposals. Review contract documents for accuracy. Attend pre-bid meetings. Locate and secure materials for projects. Must be flexible, self starter, organized and well spoken.
