New Business Development Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES: EOTM Properties is currently seeking to add New Business Development Associates to our team. In this position the right candidate will implement sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of New Investors, Tenant Placement, Application Screening and Maintenance Coordinating. This team member must be able to call on those who influence decisions and decision-makers within new accounts and schedule face-to-face contact, telephone or email with prospective investors. New Business Development Associates must be able to manage the transition of new accounts to designated Account Managers. The right candidate must be able to develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, guerilla marketing, traditional marketing and email campaigns. EOTM Properties offers a competitive compensation package including: bi -weekly commissions on all new accounts as well as the opportunity to earn higher commissions. QUALIFICATIONS: We need highly driven, smart, positive, New Business Developers who can THINK BIG to develop new business all across Atlanta and Surrounding areas. You must be a self-starter with proven energy and motivation, willing to find, develop, negotiate and close sales opportunities. You must be results oriented, self motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED, But will train the Right Individuals: College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related is Preferred. 1-3 YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE. Knowledge of Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, competition and sales objectives. Time management skills a must! Industry knowledge a plus.
