Sub Agent / Manage your own team Our Sub Agents report to the General Agent. They can sell, plus, recruit, train, manage their own sales team and get commission overrides from their team’s sales. First year earning potential for the Sub Agent is $55K- $100k +/ year
Sales Associates Sales Associates sell PMMY.Com advertising products and can work independent of a Sub Agent, but do not manage their own team. They also report to the General Agent. This is a commission only position. First year earning potential for the Sales Associate is $35K -$90k/ year
Qualifications Sub Agent 1-2 years outside B2B sales experience preferred One year management experience Reliable Internet Access for online training and access to PMMY.com and computer or lap top a must Should have digital camera to assist their Sales Associates, in the field, take pictures at customer locations Must have reliable transportation Some College preferred Leadership Skills Highly Motivated
Sales Representative No sales experienced required but at least six months preferred High School Education Must have reliable transportation Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Self motivated
