As a Inspector/Sales person,your primary responsibilites would be the following:
Thoroughly inspect the house for termites and their damage.
Document your findings for your customer.
Present the findings, explain how to solve the problem and then complete the financial transaction(sell).

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB INTO AN ATTIC OR UNDERNEATH A HOUSE TO RESEARCH FOR ANY DAMAGE.

To be considered a candidate for this position, you must:
Have good references.
Have direct sales experience
Have a smile, enthusiasm and sincerity
Have a current drivers license and reliable transportation.
2 points or less on your five year driving record.
Clear of any felonies, no matter how far back.
7 years clear of any DUI's.
Pass a drug test.
Be clear on a background check.

You must have at least 1-2 years of direct sales experience.

You must be able to represent yourself and this company with the highest people skills and view each customer as valuable and important through your words and actions.
