BELLYDANCE CLASSES

The performances of Kalinka Mahaila show the beauty, the joy and the magic of the Middle Eastern enchanting all publics and making the difference in all kind of events such as: Fairs, conventions, fashion shows, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and thematic parties.

The performances can be done with one dance or group of dancers.

Each performance is planned in accordance with the event creating great interaction with the audience. For this, diverse dance styles can be used such as veils, snujs, candelabra (shamadan dance), raqs assaya (cane dance), khaligee, sword and much more!!!!!

BELLYDANCE is a joyful and rhythmic dance class for students at all levels!
Basic movements are introduced with emphasis on developing and toning precise muscle groups such as the strong core abdominal muscles. The class begins with upper and lower body isolations, all to middle eastern rhythms. Gradually, the tempo is increased and combinations or short routines are added. Shimmy away stress and transform the tempo of your life, as you dance to high-energy exotic music! Enter the captivating world of Bellydance where women of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities are considered everlastingly beautiful. It's a great way to tone - Egyptian-style!

Group Classes are 1 hour. Private Lessons are also available at the studio or int he comfort of your own home!!!!.

What to wear?
Comfortable clothing, exercise attire. No shoes needed.

What to bring?
A coin belt if you have one.or you can purchase one here in class!
