I can then e-mail these listings to you and you can decide which ones you might like to go see. . I will set up appointments and show you the listings that you choose. Once you have found something that you like I will prepare comparisons to help you find the best price to offer.  I will prepare the contract and negotiate on your behalf. I will be there throughout the whole process up until and after closing, helping with setting up inspections, filling out paperwork and all the other processes that are necessary in buying a home.
The buying process can be quite stressful. It would be my pleasure to make the process as easy as possible. I will prepare the paperwork and explain the process along the way and I am always available for any questions or concerns that you may have.
