We fully stock our rentals with everything you might need in the way of appliances and cookware, dishes and utensils. Included are microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker with filtered water softener on artesian well water.

You are 2 minutes to tube rentals on the Guadalupe River (driving distance) and the city of Gruene. Just 7 minutes to Schlitterbahn.

Large custom picnic tables in heavy shade in the front and back yards with gas grill, covered porch, covered patio. The back yard adjoins to a 1,000 acre ranch, so no houses can be seen out the back. From the front you only see trees and road. You are separated on the sides by privacy fencing and trees from other area neighbors. Houses lie at the end of a cul-de-sac, so not much traffic. Former guests have really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings that nature provides.

These houses sit on nearly 2 acres and are nestled amongst beautiful shade trees. Bedding is all high quality. More towels than you could ever use. We have tried to think of everything!

Rates are $395 to $695 depending on the number of days booked and dates chosen. May give last minute discounts if dates are available.

This is a great place for family reunions, weddings, business meetings and large parties.

Cleaning Fee is $300

Pets are fine outside with an additional non-refundable deposit. Absolutely no pets and no smoking inside the houses.
