Professional, honest, experienced, certified, with realistic rates.

I do this for a living full-time, but I am currently unemployed. I am a certified Apple Mac OS X tech with over 22 years of Macintosh experience. I can work on any Mac and any Mac operating System.

I do not sell anything, just consult and service. I hold customer service as the highest priority, and I try and treat everyone the way I would want to be treated. I just charge $40 to show up - covering the first half hour (this usually handles diagnosing the problem), then $25 for each additional half hour. I only charge for actual work time (I don't charge for every minute of diagnostic scans) and I am ethical. I also try to flat-rate jobs as much as possible. So, if your Mac needs a complete erase - I just charge $140 total. I will back up your files and load it all back like-new.
