Turnkey property maintenance personnel needed ASAP
We are looking for experienced, reliable turnkey maintenance people for our apartments/homes. Must have all tools, reliable transportation, and know how to get things done quickly and neatly. Must pass a drug screening and background test and have a good work ethic and positive attitude.
Jobs include but not limited to:
Trashout
Replacing/repairing electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, plugs, etc.
Replacing/repairing plumbing faucets, drainlines, sinks, water lines, etc.
Replacing/repairing roofing, fascia, sophets, gutters, etc.
Replacing/repairing drywall, finish carpentry (chair rail, mouldings, trim), handles drawers, doors, windows, etc.
Painting, cleaning, & carpet stretching.
Other items that vary by environment. All general handyman-stuff.
HVAC/electrical/environmental certifications preferred.
Properties to be maintained are in Gwinnett, Dekalb, and Fulton east of Atlanta.
