We are looking for individuals that can pass a drug test and has a clean criminal back ground. We are a large Hotel & Conference Center located in Gwinnett County

The candidates will be expected to do the following:

Primary Functions

1. Perform scheduled maintenance and building repairs, including equipment testing, and preventative maintenance.

2. Perform unscheduled maintenance calls, including routine plumbing emergencies, minor equipment malfunctions, hot/cold calls, electrical and lighting repairs, and minor structural repairs (ceiling, ceramic / vinyl tile, floor, door, etc.)

3. Maintain records on all building equipment.

4. Assist in routine monitoring of service contractors.

5. Responsible for changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, filters, ballasts, etc.

6. Respond to emergency calls after hours on a rotating basis.

7. Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

8. Perform other duties as required.
Previous experience is required. All applicants MUST have at least 2 verifible employment references to be considered for this position.

Pay $10-13 per hour, depending on experience. Benefit package available after 30 days, paid holidays after 90 days, paid vacation after 1 year
