Clearwire is looking for a highly motivated and detail focused Project Manager to join the Sales team. This role will work cross functionally to develop project plans and lead team meetings to ensure projects and milestones are successfully completed in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will have a proven background driving projects to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.


Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and successfully deliver on concurrent mid to large scale market launch related projects.
• Develop project plans and resource plans in collaboration with multiple functions and teams.
• Ensure that milestones are achieved on-time and on-budget and in scope by dealing with or escalating issues with sufficient time for course correction.
• Leads team meetings and participate in project review meetings to monitor timelines, market strength, business plan, etc. – Provide updates from the call on key metrics, new deliverables, changes that are needed to be made, feedback on the team, etc.
• Ensures effective and proactive communications to project stakeholders
• Actively engage all levels of employees to communicate expectations, set goals, make sure reporting is accurate, and milestones are accomplished.
• Adapt to the needs of the current market – Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes, methods, and tools.
• Always pursue Best Practices and ways to streamline the business.
