Update 10/28: Athena is a sweetheart! She’s a small girl weighing in at 20lbs…she needs someone to take her home and fatten her up a little. Athena is a very quiet at first, but once you give her a hug or two she wont leave your side. She looks like she might have some boxer in her, but who really knows you should come meet her and decide for yourself!

Due to such a high overpopulation problem, dogs at shelters are only allotted a short amount of time
before they are euthanized to make room for more.

The cost of adopting a dog is $50.00, which includes a DHLPP-C vaccination, deworming of your
new friend, an adoption information packet, and a implanted microchip. At the time your dog is
spayed or neutered, you are reimbursed $25 of the adoption fee, so your final cost for your new
friend is only $25.
