This dog is in a fosterhome in: Atlanta, Georgia With her sunny disposition, Savannah is the life of any party. She is the social girl who always wants to make new friends, be the center of attention, get you laughing at her antics, and sample every dish from the buffet! This spirited 2-year-old is extremely people oriented. She loves being hugged and patted, and she's on a diet to get down to her ideal weight of about 23 lbs. so that you'll welcome her on your lap or right next to you. Whenever you're ready to go for a walk, she is right there begging and dancing to go along, and she also loves to ride in the car. She is very smart, thoroughly enjoying learning new things for treats and praise. She quickly took to Dog Agility and even won a ribbon in Agility at the Rat Terrier Jamboree this spring just hours after learning some new pieces of equipment! When you're too pooped out to play with her, Savannah will entertain herself by chasing squirrels in the yard or playing with her doggie siblings. In fact, she would be a lonely girl if she didn't have canine housemates to pal around with. Cats are fine to have around, but she doesn't find them much fun and mostly ignores them. Savannah has been reliable in her housetraining, and enjoys running in and out the doggie door. Being such an outgoing girl, she does not like spending time alone and she insists that we find her an active family where someone is home most of the time.
