Abby is a 2 year old spayed female Pit Bull. She is current on vaccines, heartworm negative and is on heartworm preventative. Her next set of vaccines are due in 9/09. She is crate trained and house trained. She listens very well. She is currently living in a home with a male and female boxer and they get along fine. However, they are never all 3 alone together. Abby is crated during the day. Abby is a sweet girl without any real negatives except that she steals toys when one of the other dogs is playing. She will run right up to them and take it and run away. She wants alot of attention, petting, cuddling etc. She has never been around cats. She used to live in a home with 2 small kids and she slept in bed with the kids. She did fine with the children. She weighs about 35-40 pounds. She is on the smaller, but solidly built, like a tank. She walks well on a leash.Her dream home is to be with a loving person, couple or family that can spend time with her and loving on her. She would be fine in a family with children. She would do best as an only dog or with one other male dog. Abby is being fostered in the Atlanta, GA area. Abby's adoption fee is negotiable.
