Mett Ricky!!! Ricky is WONDERFUL!!! He has the best personality. You know when people talk about rescue dogs truly being the best dogs because they show you how thankful they are to be safe everyday? This sweet boy is just that! Poor Ricky's family didn't really know how to properly take care of a pet. He was chained under their trailer for his entire life. When the people moved away they left Ricky still on his chain living under the trailer. One of our big-hearted volunteers stepped in and now Ricky just "'SPARKLES"! Ricky has been treated for heartworm, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and is wearing flea and tick preventative.
