Meet Beau! He is a handsome young Lab/Shepherd mix, about one year old, and he is looking for his forever home. Beau is in foster care after being rescued with his best friend Dessa (see photo 2) from a home where they were neglected. Despite that, Beau is a friendly and affectionate guy who loves people and other dogs. He's a very energetic boy who would do best in a home where he can get LOTS of exercise. He loves going for walks, and the dog park is a big treat for him too! He has completed a basic obedience course with Kathy Bruce (of tv's It's Me or the Dog). Beau is crate trained and well on his way to being housebroken. He and Dessa are pretty much inseparable, having gone through so much together, so we are looking to find a person or family who would like to adopt them both. If you would like to adopt Beau andDessaBeau is fully vetted -- neutered, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and deworming. The adoption fee is $150 (cash only, please).
