Pit Bull Terrier - Medium - Young - Male - Dog - Palmer
Description
Palmer is a 50 pound Pit Bull Terrier that is approximately a year old. So far he has proved to be a very polite boy. When he met his foster sisters who range from 10 to 20 pounds, one was not so sure of Palmer and gave him a warning growl. It scared poor Palmer and he hid under a chair!!! He really wants to play with other dogs and like any typical Bully breed he just melts for humans! A note from Palmer's foster mom: "He won me over last night and ended up sleeping in my room with the other two dogs. He is very social and just can't stand to be excluded from the others. He met the dachshund and was reintroduced to Mena(Mena is a 10 lb. terrier mix) and everybody was fine. He slept like a baby right through the night. No apparent leg hiking while I wasn't watching and zero barking or tossing and turning. One thing's for sure, he is very sensitive. It doesn't take more than once or twice for him to get the message about what's acceptable and what's not. He also doesn't like harsh voices. A simple calm "no" works wonders with him."
