A large financial institution located in the downtown area has an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Business Intelligence experience, ideally with Cognos tool. This person will be working on a new project supporting their Credit Risk Reporting organization. The project is in the requirements gathering stage of the project. This person will be working with multiple Business Analysts to gather requirements for the project. This person could eventually have 1-2 Business Analyst that will report to him/her. Experience leading requirements gathering sessions, ability to coach and train others in BI (Bus. Intelligence) skills.


The following experience is required:


- Excellent Communication

- Lead Business Analyst experience

- JAD Sessions

- Data Mapping

- Business Intelligence Reporting Tools

- Cognos experience

- Use Cases


ability to lead Junior Business Analyst and train with Cognos Business Intelligence tool and/or other BI tools.
