Our client is seeking an ETL Developer with strong SQL skills to join their team on a permanent basis.



Primary responsibilities:

Support processes to transform client data into standard, reliable data warehousing structures. This role must build and maintain the SSIS packages, database processes and data structures to support these transformations.

Provide reports to meet recurring business requirements. This role must build and maintain cyclical reports based on business requirements primarily using SSRS.

Provide ad hoc reports to meet changing business initiatives. This role must respond quickly to business needs, providing deep analysis of corporate data using Report Builder, SQL and other reporting methods.

Maintain existing Interchange and VMF/INF data loads. Current data loading processes use a combination of SSIS, Excel/VBA macros and Oracle SQL Loader routines. These processes must be maintained as they are replaced over time.

Meet and/or exceed data delivery time service standards. This role must support time critical corporate reporting requirements. Meeting these needs can entail intense periods of work to meet timeliness standards.

Document ETL processes. An appropriate set of documentation must be maintained to facilitate redundant coverage of critical processes.
