Immediate need for a Kronos Technical/Fuctional Consultant for a long term engagement (1-2+ years) in Atlanta, GA


We are currently seeking a strong Kronos Systems Administrator that can maintain, tune, and troubleshoot Kronos. Oracle TNG experience desired. Oracle queries and Back End reporting in 6.1 highly desired. Will be working with Timekeeper, Cascade Leave, Accruals, Compressed work, Federal Comp time, etc.


The Kronos WFTK Administrator will work in the IT Division and will be responsible for day to day maintenance, configuration changes, applying patches, upgrades and documentation of the Kronos WTFK application. The Kronos WTFK Administrator will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and training to all Kronos users.


Experience needed in the following:


1. Providing technical and functional support for Kronos WFTK and Teletime applications


2. Maintaining system configuration documentation


3. System troubleshooting


4. Resolving various helpdesk tickets as assigned


5. Provide end user training as needed


6. Escalation of support issues to Kronos technical support


7. Maintaining and configuring Kronos security


8. Testing application updates, enhancements and service packs prior to production deployment


9. Monitoring system performance


10. End of Pay Period processing
