We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity for a Process Analyst Consultant with our large customer in the Atlanta/Alpharetta area. The selected Process Analyst will be responsible for process design and process improvements. Proven process design and improvement experience with a large consulting firm such as: Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, CapGemini, Accenture or IBM Global Services is needed. You will be responsible to effectively initiate, document, and execute on time and within budget while setting appropriate customer expectations. You must have the ability to identify, document, and implement business processes across large organizations. You would be responsible to conduct business requirements reviews and formulate logical statements of business requirements; analyze marketplace, industry, company, technology trends, and best practices, vendor products, and services, etc. and use system process analysis tools and methods to analyze and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities to streamline and automate processes and functions; identify/document how applications/systems interact to support business processes.


Experience as a Process Business Analyst is required. Process design and improvement experience is mandatory. Proven process design and improvement experience with a large consulting firm such as: Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, CapGemini, Accenture or IBM Global Services is needed, preferably in Telecom. Experience with analysis and a proven track record in Customer Facing process design and implementation experience is also required. Telecommunications consulting experience is a plus. Experience using MS PowerPoint is needed. Experience initiating, documenting, implementing business processes and executing projects on time is required.
