LIFETIME WARRANTY. Your new Pool Table is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if your table is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents. Accidents, Abuse, or Normal Wear and Tear are not covered. In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, notification of the defect should be made through an authorized dealer whom the product was purchased. If any parts are determined to be defective they will be repaired or replaced and returned. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner for claims made more than one year from the date of original purchase.
Slate guaranteed to be machined flat to within plus or minus 0.01 inch over the playing surface. Provided the slate is properly installed, shimmed and maintained, the slate is guaranteed to stay flat. Minor faults, which are inherent in the slate will be repaired if it effects playability.
