Job Description :
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in first line supervision within a fast paced work environment. This position warrants a hands on, team-oriented individual with a commitment to excellence and the ability to motivate people. The potential candidate must possess the skills and abilities to help us achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance and developing people to improve their performance. Previous scheduling experience is a must. A desire to set high standards of work performance for yourself and others is required. The qualified individual will be responsible for the assigning of shift and departmental activities and projects.
Qualified individuals must be willing to work any shift and possess working knowledge of general computer programs. Previous experience with TS and/or international automotive quality standards and Lean Manufacturing in an Automotive Tier 1 environment is a plus. A High School Diploma or GED is required, a degree is preferred.
