Job Function:


The Flash/Web Content Developer is a supporting function of the Corporate Marketing Department which is responsible for all corporate marketing efforts worldwide including the development and management of the AGS global brand. This position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Marketing.

The primary function of the Flash/Web Content Developer is to gather and maintain online media content for AGS and related customers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

*Updating Website content with fresh, timely information and graphics.
*Utilizing Website analytics for continuous improvement.
*Writing related copy.

In addition, this role will serve as the primary, day-to-day liaison between AGS, selected customers and various outside resources to manage projects/deadlines as assigned by the Director of Corporate Marketing.

Secondarily, the Flash/Web Content Developer will facilitate other PR/Copywriting projects such as press releases, collateral copy, and case studies/articles.

Job Requirements:

*Some College/College education or related work experience
*Minimum 1 year work experience in related position
*Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
*Fluent with WordPress, Google Analytics
*Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Campaigner and HTML
*Working in Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign or Illustrator a plus.

Essential Functions:

*Interact with others to capture content for Web publication
*Write crisp copy that is grammatically sound and generates enthusiasm and interest
*Generate press releases and articles
*Manage SEO, PPC, and graphic elements
*Utilize Web analytics for continuous improvements
*Monitor our competition to make sure our site is THE BEST
*Design email and Web templates for product or topic focused marketing.
*If implemented, manage our social media activities on Twitter, FaceBook, YouTube, LinkedIn
*Serves as the day-to-day contact for multiple AGS department partners and customers. Manage 3rd party relationship with suppliers as they pertain to particular projects.
*Contributes to establishing project vision and/or tactics related to a project.
*Assists with content development, design and production of all online media applications aswell as collateral, press releases, case studies, advertisements, direct mail, e-mail, etc.
*Develops and maintains all project deliverables to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered complete, on time and within budget.
*Lends support for research projects on competitors, marketplace, partners, and marketing opportunities.
*Assists in managing the AGS corporate identity and communications program.
*Recommends press release ideas and Website changes.
*Generates reports from AGS' CRM application pertinent to marketing and lead generation efforts.
*Other duties as requested.
