Our home is in the Whitepath Golf community just outside of Ellijay GA. Not only do you have a view of Rich Mountain but you are above the 13th fairway. The back yard is really deep so you don't have to worry about flying golfballs. There are three roomy bedrooms and two full baths. The master bath has a jetted tub, a ceremic tile shower with multiple shower heads, two sinks and a laundry shoot. The laundry room is overiszed and has loads of room for storage. There is also a workshop. You will love the kitchen. It has oak cabinets and the black marble countertops look great with the stainless steel appliances. There is even a place to hang an iron pot holder rack over the island. That always makes a kitchen look more homey. You can enjoy that cup of coffee by the stone covered fireplace or force yourself to walk out onto the back deck and feel like you are on vacation. The view is really great. The terraced back yard is landscaped and fenced in. A great place for the kids or the pet to run around. This neighborhood is by far the friendliest place we have ever lived. Come check it out. Ellijay is only an hour abouve Atlanta in the north Ga. mountains. No charge for the fresh air.
