My mother sold her home in S.C quicker than expected. I live on Whitlock Ave. She needs something by Marietta Square on one level. She is lookig for a home, not just a rental.Since some people give a $50.00 discount for paying by the first,she thought maybe she could get a price break for paying the entire year up front .It wouldn't help her to put in the bank at the rates they offer & it might help the renter. We also are willing to do some paint & or updating.Thanks so much
