If you are a Self-Made Millionaire you will appreciate this post. Short and to the point.
Invest $1,000,000 in Real Estate in Atlanta Georgia with my assistance.
I will locate 20 to 25 homes and spend a max per property of $40,000 on acquisition and repairs.
I will collect on average $1000 per property in rents in your company name. Rents will come directly to you on a monthly basis.
I will manage properties and make suggestions on when to sell if need be in the next 5 years.
Most of these homes will generate enough rent to pay for themselves in 3 to 5 years.
My fee is 20%. Simple and plain. I am not just someone who handles property management. I will locate property, handle repairs through contractors, locate tenants, and when the time comes, list your home for sale.

$1,000,0000 would pay for 20 homes.
$1,000 a month per property/$20,000 a month/ $240,000 a year.
20% fee is $4,000 a month for me to manage EVERYTHING.
Each property would need a reserve amount to handle miscellaneous occurrences. ($5,000)
Investor would earn roughly $200,000 a year from an investment of roughly $800,000( to $900,000 depending on reserve account usage per property).
4 years investment repaid in full and Real Estate is owned Free and Clear. Properties can be held onto and passed on to children or sold at fair market value.
