WAKE UP!!!

The industry has taken a turn for the worse. We are in a recession. Real Estate prices are falling. Home builders are having a hard time selling their inventory and repaying their construction loans. Foreclosures are at an all time high. These circumstances have created opportunity for many savvy investors. I have been in real estate for the past 6 years working as a Mortgage Consultant, Realtor, and Real Estate Investor.
