Daugherty Business Solutions is currently seeking a BI Data Analyst who wants to build their career as a key member of a growing, successful and profitable company. This is a true technical consultant position within an established and growing Business Intelligence practice. At Daugherty, the Data Analyst will work with leading Atlanta based fortune 500 companies to analyze and identify resolution to complex business solutions and will be part of a team responsible for the successful delivery of the optimal BI solutions.


Qualifications:
*5+ related experience in Business Intelligence, completing several full life cycle BI projects
*Multi-dimensional.cube* development experience is a must
*Experience with data visualization, scorecards and dashboard creation
*ETL experience sourcing multiple sets of data into common repository
*Demonstrate strong Data Integration experience and knowledge
*Proven experience working with multi-terabyte databases
*Exhibit strong data analysis skills to include:

*Identify, review, and evaluate existing data structures.
*Construct data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams and documents the process.
*Identify and document data quality issues and data patterns.
*Write code for database access, modification and construction including stored procedures.
*Identify and report risks throughout the life of the project and provide mitigation strategy for those risks
*Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
*Performs a variety of complicated tasks may lead and direct the work of others.
*Expertise in two (or more) integration tools (Ab Initio, Informatica, Data Stage, etc.)
*Proven experience in Datamodelling/architecture (Operational, Datawarehouse, and Data Mart Design).
*Experience in a (or multiple) Case Tools (ERwin, Oracle Designer 2000, ER/Studio, etc.).
*Experience in a (or multiple) OLAP tools (Analysis Services, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.)
*Experience in a (or multiple) Reporting tools (Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, ProClarity, etc.)
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential with both internal employees/management and client resources

Education:


*BS or higher degree in MIS, Business, and/or Computer Science
