Overnight Jr. Oracle DBA that will take customer calls (internal and external) and monitor trouble tickets for Oracle DB issues.


Login to Database to check alert and issue logs inside the Production Oracle Databases




Troubleshoot and repair backup and restoration issues




Troubleshoot and repair data export issues Check File systems alerts.




Troubleshoot and repair where necessary




Escalate customer issues to on-call DBA




Handle internal and external customer calls




Assist with upgrades and outage control (candidate does NOT need prior upgrade/migration experience)
