Responsibilities:

*Administer, maintain, upgrade and document all of 4Access s servers, application services, databases and networking and telephony equipment
*Provide technical support
*Provide some desktop support
*Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
*Monitor systems and devices
*Manage telecommunication and colocation relationships

Qualifications:

*5+ years experience in System and Network Administration including:
*Linux

MYSQL

Apache

Tomcat

*Cisco Routers and Switches
*Windows Server administration
*Basic network services DNS, DHCP, Sendmail, Samba, etc.
*Firewall configuration
*Application security
*Network security
*Disaster recovery
*Capacity planning
*Telephony
*Work with minimal guidance
*Well developed interpersonal skills
*Well developed communications skills all levels within the organization including senior management
*Nagios experience desired
*rsync experience desired
*Perl/Python/PHP experience desired
*SQL experience desired
*Yosmite Backup experience desired
*Experience with Remote Access Servers (dial-up) desired
