We have been asked to identify a sharp, articulate and well experience Application Support Analyst with a good grasp on database-driven applications and absolutely terrific customer service/support skills.

Our client, headquartered in Downtown Atlanta , is an industry leading provider of services to a niche market. Those services are delivered in a SaaS model with clients plugged into very large scale database-driven applications. This position provides Help Desk-based application support via phone and email to clients.

We are looking for a talented and technically oriented and application savvy support analyst who can not only fix problems, but also provide this company s clients with a terrific experience.

We are seeking:

*4+ years of Application/Help Desk support with specific focus on large scale/database-driven applications
*Experience with Call Tracking Systems/CRM s
*Strong Abilities in MS Office including: Outlook, Excel, Word
*Preferred: some academic background in software/programming
*Knowledge of SQL very helpful
*Knowledge of Linux very helpful
*Must: absolutely stellar Communication, Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
