We have an excellent opportunity for a C#.NET Developer in the Dunwoody GA. area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the re-development of a Human Resource application used within our client. You will take an application written using MS Access and VBA and replace by re-writing the application in .Net. The candidate must have strong personal skills, and will have direct contact with clients, various IT support teams and vendors.


You should have a minimum experiences: 5-6 years information systems experience with proven technical skills and aptitude, 2-3 years experience with .Net, C#.Net, and ADO.Net, 2- 3 years experience with a Microsoft Windows environment, 2-3 years experience with VBA required, 2-3 years experience in MS Access including database design and application development required. You should also have the following experiences: SQL required, supporting developed software, relational databases; Oracle preferred, PLSQL knowledge preferred, able to perform business process analysis, strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong relationship building and customer service skills, organizational and administrative skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, experience with a Microsoft IIS environment preferred. Other requirements include: Work with and accept supervision from information systems management. Assist the client with business requirements gathering and report creation. Assist the customer with testing the software to ensure documented requirements are met. Assist customers with problems and trouble shooting. Document system errors or problems for tracking system. Create documentation as needed and follow internal standards and methodology (ie documenting business requirements, process flows, system design, system change requests etc.) Experience following project management methodologies. Experience with testing and implementation procedures. Perform effectively in a team environment and independently without close supervision. Use discretion concerning confidential and sensitive company information. Have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with management, customers, vendors, and peers. Work closely with lead analysts and business analysts in other areas to ensure integration and determine priorities on projects that cross boundaries. Identify opportunities to improve business processes for clients. Always looking for ways to improve to be more efficient. Work well with others under varying situations and circumstances. B.S., Computer Science or other equivalent degree required.
