Java/J2EE - Team Lead

We have a permanent position available in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area of Atlanta with a dynamic industry leader!

This team lead will provide leadership to a team of Java Developers that are troubleshooting, modifying, and enhancing cutting-edge Java applications. These applications are based on a Java, Websphere, Struts, and Oracle 10g technology stack.

This is a Full time permanent position with a starting salary of $90,000 to $95,000 + full benefits and a very flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

-Mentoring fellow teammates on software development and production issue resolution best practices

-Implementing and deploying new enterprise applications built using the latest Java technologies


-Enhancing features of existing applications, adding new features to existing applications

-Solving complex technical code-related problems and providing solutions


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field


-Strong Server Side Java Development experience

-Experience with Java, J2EE, and Struts

-Good experience with PL/SQL

-Minimum of 3 years professional software development experience


-Excellent communication and verbal skills

-Must thrive in a fast-paced, small team work environment
